“Applied twice for the free cutting disc through email, didn’t even get the voucher or any reply Customer skills non existent”

Hi Sorry you have not received your voucher, we have checked and they have been sent. It is possible they are sat in the spam / junk folder. Just in case we have sent you a copy today of the voucher that was produced and sent on the 30/09/2019 Thanks Marcrist Team

“I have used the 120mm cutting disc a couple of times now and it offers a good fast cut with not much burring. It also does looks like it’s not wearing away very quick. Up to now a good product. Tony West.”

“This was a promotional offer to trial a new cutting disc. I filled in my details, the confirmation screen came up saying "the voucher has been emailed to you". I never received any email, to my inbox, junk or spam folder. I find this disappointing and so will not consider marcrist products in the future.”

Hi Danny, Sorry you have not received your voucher, they automatically get sent from the form, some may hit spam/junk folders so it may be worth checking in there. We have checked and your voucher is there so have resent it for you in a separate email, again please check your spam / junk folder. Hi Lee, Sorry you have not received your voucher. We have checked and can see you have filled in the details for the voucher. It appears there seems a few issues with either spam/junk receiving the emails after the feedback as it is sent automatically after pressing the voucher button. We are currently looking into this.
