“Poor longevity. Just over 3m on Indian Sandstone with a CK850 Tile blade. Over 30m with a competitors blade. The Marcrist blade narrows with wear very quickly leading to blade jamming. Used Marcrist for years up to this point. Now they tell you how good they are (PR) but the product is terrible and not worth the price (nearly £100 for 2 blades!). Goodbye Marcrist. You can't live on your reputation for ever - customers walk.”

“Unfortunately I took the email along to the trade counter to collect me free blade and the trader counter knew nothing about the promotion and refused to give me the free cutting disc”

Hi Sorry to hear you have not received the voucher. From your review and the email used and checking the voucher form system, we have sent 2 vouchers, sometimes they can pop into the Spam / Junk folder, try there. “This was a promotional offer to trial a new cutting disc. I filled in my details, the confirmation screen came up saying "the voucher has been emailed to you". I never received any email, to my inbox, junk or spam folder. I find this disappointing and so will not consider marcrist products in the future.”

Hi Danny, Sorry you have not received your voucher, they automatically get sent from the form, some may hit spam/junk folders so it may be worth checking in there. Hi Lee, Sorry you have not received your voucher. We have checked and can see you have filled in the details for the voucher. It appears there seems a few issues with either spam/junk receiving the emails after the feedback as it is sent automatically after pressing the voucher button. We are currently looking into this. “Disc giveaway on Facebook unfortunately just seems to have been a way to harvest customers data as my local supplier, Whyte and Milne, had no idea about ‘giveaway’ and just laughed!”
