“Wrong hair sent after I ordered in beginning of April. Now in June still did not receive replacement hair and they promised if i remove my review will send my hair that has NOT happened. Caution they dont answer emails when they do they promise to send which they will NOT. I have to pay 25% of the cost to return to them. They received my return 1 week after I sent it and yet 3 weeks after that I have NOT had my return hair or offer a full refund. so it is now into the 3rd month of back and forth, emails ignored”
