Poor delivery service, but was refunded the delivery First delivery was unsuccessful as they couldn't deliver within the stated 2 hour window (I waited almost an hour after the window), which isn't so bad as delivery was rescheduled but not until the following week.

Paid for an oven that they couldn’t fulfill the delivery date and after 4 phone calls I decided to go to another company that could honour delivery promise so cancelled my order with Jack who did nothing and another 4 calls later I’m still awaiting my refund so they have had nearly £800 of mine which now I have to wait another 5 working days for.

Ordered a item on line failed delivery by dpd .long story shot promises of refund never happened and parcel under investigation excuses every time we will get back to you sir never happened.parcel under investigation for six weeks murder investigation are solved quicker.keep it Marks Electrical

When I spoke to customer services they informed me of what I needed to do to get a refund from the manufacturer! They then failed to pick the faulty item up.

They advertise £75 cash back, I have never received a PENNY! Its not just the fact that both cooker and hood arrived damaged but upon approaching the company about this no one returned my emails! After constant attempts to get some response i finally get an admission that the hood is damaged and am told they will refund me £7.

I insisted a refund that day, but with possible bank charges for going into an unauthorised overdraft, Marks Electrical refused to cover - even though it could take 24hours for the money to hit by account.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Although initial ordering process was easy the customer service since (having requested a replacement/refund of an item that does not work) has been painstakingly slow and resulted in Marks Electrical refusing to assist in any way.
