“We went in to buy macaroons for a Mother’s Day tea( special request). There were none on display so we asked a supervisor/manager. She checked and discovered there were some in stock and asked an assistant to fetch them from the back. Phenomenal service on a busy afternoon”
“Very kind assistant who helped me with my bra fit. Her name is Sayra who was extremely helpful, funny, polite, kind and extremely professional. Her colleague was also on the till who was also very helpful. I visited the store on the 5th January 2025, Sayra deserves an award for employee of the month and should be given some money to spend on herself.
