“Very sad and wierd experience at M n S Charlton yesterday. Having been a loyal customer for years, I was appalled by the behaviour of the manager . I had an issue with a Jacket that I believe had faulty fabric; It didn't wash well.
It didn't really matter what solution they had but the manager dealing with me was very unprofessional dealing with me a customer with a stern face as though I had stolen an item. I spend a lot on clothing and food at M n S Charlton so a lil smile will be appreciated. Do bear in that without customers you wouldn't be throwing your weight about as a M n S manager. Also, be kind to all customers be it white, black and brown. Good customer service is what keeps customers coming.”
