“Flowers not as described!! I ordered the Lavish bouquet, big size, for £40, on the phone for collection the next day. Instead, a small version was made up, for £35, without a proper bag - it was put into a paper bag, not box. Apparently the boxes are too big….yet I’ve seen small bunches in boxes elsewhere. They do exist! So I asked them to make up a large size - and was asked ‘to what value’? - I said the big size (which I thought was £45 but it was actually £40 on the website!). Instead of doing the same cream and peach colour scheme, he added 3 bright pink gerbias and pink foliage - changing the colour to more pink. I asked for another rose and he said it as £5.50 each…meaning it was over the budget. So for the big size there are not extra roses than the small size!!!. The assistant/owner was also quite rude, and abrupt- almost as if he was doing me a favour. He actually told me that he would make it bigger and not to worry and ‘to have a look at the animals’ (the decorations). In the end the bouquet looked nothing like I ordered and there were less roses - he filled it out with cheaper foliage. Completely unprofessional.”
