“This product arrived in my mailbox and I DID NOT order it. I called and ask about it - I also
ask where they got my information. The lady I talked to was very helpful - once she understood
that I DID NOT order it. I put it in the mailbox to "Return to Sender" - the mail carrier put a note on
it "Cannot return without additional postage" - I had to take it to the post office and spend about
$12.00 to return. As for how the product works I cannot speak to that issue - because I am a 63
year old woman who has no need for this product - what so ever.”

“The reason I gave it one star is that I never received the package. UPS said they delivfered it and took a picture which is generic because we live in an apartment and the picture doesn't show where it was delivered. If you can do anything to help ;I would be very appreciative.
