“This was the second time i ordered online from Masdings and both times i have recieved an email the day after informing me what i ordered was not in stock! So i have then had to wait for 3 days for the money to go back into my account this was very inconvenient as i had ordered the items to take on holiday. Not impressed with the standard of the website being kept up to date with whats in stock although customer service is always great instore i will not be ordering online again.”

“I've been a customer of Masdings for a few years now. I'm always very happy with the clothes and the service they provide. I Love their website and they always have very good sales. Postage is always when Masdings say and you are given a very helpful one hour time slot”

“Excellent pricing, kept informed throughout the entire process. Only reason for a 4 star was that the delivery was made one day later than should have. I received a notification saying would be on a certain day, but then received conflicting notifications on the actual day the delivery was to be made saying that the delivery would be the next day. Not a major issue and still very happy with the purchase.”
