“Ordered an Adidas sweatshirt...... Much cheaper than anywhere else I had seen it and brilliant fast delivery of which I was kept informed of all the way up to my front door :) will definitely use again- fab service”

“Very easy site to use, good choice of brands. I visit the shop in Newark and always get good service there too.. On this occasion though the trainers I bought were not delivered as there was some stock issue but it hasn't put me off at all.. Will be shopping again very soon”

“I purchased a pair of Mens Ellesse Crispolti shorts. I searched high and low for these as they extremely hard to find. Masdings were the only UK bass company that I could find that had them in stock. My initial order was placed on a Sunday and for some reason the delivery had been delayed either by Masdings or DPD. I phoned DPD who asked me to call Masdings and make them aware. I called Masdings and was connected straight away to a human not an automated system! The assistant was very helpful and refunded the delivery charge immediately. The assistant told me that the issue would be resolved and to keep checking my email. The same night I had an email from DPD to say the order had been found and would be delivered the next day. Thursday lunchtime all delivered safe and sound! Initially I was hesitant to order on line as I had not heard of the company but I have to say the service and comms has been first class and I will certainly buy from them again and I have no hesitation in reccomending them!”
