“Well it didn't really. I ordered some jeans - really good value. The order for the size I selected went through but the following day I received an email saying that the size I required was out of stock. Very disappointing and surely a fundamental requirement of an online shopping website is to manage stock and make sure that orders are not taken for stock that does not exist.”

We were informed that you only received one item in your parcel, however after checking our CCTV, we can see that both items were packed and sealed within the parcel. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you for an item that was sent.
