“ordered 2 items 1 item wa fine, third was damaged and stitching uneven sent item back but still to hear back from you (sent back Sunday - today Wednesday, appreciate only a few days but still frustrating) update - received a reply from you but the email address of the sender was a 'no reply' address so was unable to provide a reply back to you.....helpful......”
