Please take note of the unhappy experiences those of us who have dealt with this outfit DROP.
I did place one order. Then I looked at another product online, but did not wish to, nor intend to order - I was just curious. Nevertheless it was transferred to my basket. I tried many times to delete it but Failed. It was impossible. I protested to DROP who just fobbed my protest off. Poor dabs I guess they were too tired or they didn't know how.
The next day I did manage to cancel.
BUT, what happened next? They had already taken payment from my VISA card.
I was incensed. Email after Eamil was fobbed off.
In the end I reported the matter to my bank and cancelled my initial order, the one I had intended to buy - Sennheiser headphones.
I decided DROP were not trustworthy and I advise any potential customer to beware.
Because I doggedly fought DROP, I can write this review without concern, in the end I got my refund and will never return to DROP.”
“They sell grey market Nikon lenses, they don't give warranty for them! Now I can throw my lens that had a manufacturer problem and stopped focusing after few months!”
