“Work man did not show up. No phone call. Charged us twice for initial appt. Day of repair, no show, no call. Called company and was told workman was on his way. Never showed. Called back and was told part was not ordered. Worst customer service ever.”
“Charged me $95 for a visit. No testing of parts ran the dryer kept chichis phone. There was a language barrier. Stated they will send me a quote in a few hours I got I days later. The quote was for almost $400. For an hour work I looked up the part it was only $14. I bought the part did it my self. I thought is was a definite over charge. Never again. I only gave 1 star because I had too.”

It was very hard to understand the 'technician' who barely spoke English. He ordered a part that was supposed to take 2 to 3 days to get in, it took well over a week, was the WRONG part and had to reorder.....Paid up front for the part. We lost over $150 in groceries.When the part arrived, he installed it and EVERYTHING FROZE. They came back to adjust it and literally put a piece of tape over it and said it was fixed. It NEVER thawed out. We asked for a refund, which they said they would reimburse us for the part and labor. Never refunded us after many calls and promises they were sending the money. Now, they ignore our calls . THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. Very rude people who do not care about their customers. This company needs closed down ASAP.”

When they brought it back, it still wasn’t working properly—stopping after 3 minutes and not cleaning. “Dishwasher worked but needed a new rubber gasket. Called and a technician came who did not speak English very well. I paid $95 just to give a diagnosis and he had to order the part. I paid $153.01 for the return visit which included the rubber gasket and labor. I asked him to clean the bottom while he was there. A couple days later I went to use dishwasher and it would not work. It worked before he came but not after he left. Should have checked before he left but because it was only a rubber gasket problem, assumed it would work. I am out $248.01 and the dishwasher won’t work.”
“I reside in the Pittsburgh area and hired this company to repair my refrigerator due to it not getting cold. They sent a repair man who had difficulty speaking english so it made it difficult to communicate and ask questions. He concluded that the mother motor located in the freezer compartment needed replaced. I spoke with someone from the company named Denny. He spoke English who assured me he could have the part in 3 to 4 days. He took a deposit for the part. It's now been over 7 days and I've been without refrigeration and no one at this company can locate the part. I've called leaving messages for Denny and he is missing in action and never returns calls. I called and spoke with a woman today who also speaks little English and she advised she would contact the warehouse to see if they located the part. Simply a horrible experience and it's costing me more money because we have had to eat out due to no refrigeration. The communication has been horrible very few people speak english at this company. I informed the woman that I if the part is not located today I want my deposit returned and I will hire another company. I can not recommend this company with any good conscious!”

This is a company recommended by Samsung so it might be a good idea to avoid Samsung products as well.
We have a tall Samsung Fridge and separate Freezer .
The freezer stopped working and after we spoke to Samsung they recommended Masterfix who said it would be £99 for the engineer plus any parts. This sounded fine as the freezer alone would be more than £1000 to replace.
The engineer came out and just switched the freezer on and watched it cut out and said it needed a new PCB board WITHOUT LOOKING AT IT. Rang the office, who said we don't have one and can't get one THE FREEZER IS SCRAP.
I have no electronic experience but thought I would have a look at the "faulty" PCB board. It took less than 5 minutes to remove it. It was obvious to me that on the soldered side of the PCB board there was some discolouration on a soldered chip
From the internet I found a supplier of this chip and ordered one to be delivered the next day for the grand total of £2.47. We got our son to solder the new chip in place. The freezer has now been working perfectly for the last 5 months. We asked for our £99 back from Masterfix who refused as they don't refund if we were to cancel the visit or if the item is unrepairable. Neither of these were true because obviously it WAS REPAIRABLE. We did get our £99 back from our credit card company using CHARGEBACK. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND PERHAPS ALSO SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.”
