“I went to buy a suit for an upcoming cruise. Managed to find one my size, but when I went to pay I found only one counter was for cash payment. I, like many others, don't use card or phone to pay. I want to be served by a person and I want to pay with cash. In future i will go to a shop that caters for people like me.”
“Picked 2 pairs of trousers up off the 50% off rail, paid for them and price wasn’t reduced, I explained to a member of staff that I had taken them from the 50% sale rail but they had scanned at full price to which I was told “if the 50% didn’t come off then they are not in the sale” I remember the good old days when a member of staff would go and check out an issue like this, it seems this no longer happens, the shop was a mess and staff were just stood around talking, because I was paying on card I was made to wait for a self service checkout even though there were 2 members of staff stood at tills with no customers! No wonder people don’t want to buy clothes in shops anymore with that sort of service!”
