I want to give minus stars The after sales service is awful. This company does not accept responsibility for mis representation of goods and refuse to pay the return carriage. I was happy to make an exchange, but after their dreadful attitude I will never use shain and advise every customer to choose a different supplier.

We'd like to think we're always fair in resolving customer issues, if you wish, reply to this comment via private option, and we can discuss any issues you may be having in more detail, I'm unfamiliar with your particular issue, due to the anonymity of the review, but I'm certain we can resolve this amiably.

No delivery, no mattress and no customer service. Despite not receiving the goods they treat their customers as if it's there fault, I've never ever experienced such shoddy customer services before. I'm at the point of my only option seems to be county Court.

There is very strong unpleasant fungus smell which isn't going away. I tried to raise this with Mattress Guru's customer services team who advised me that it is quite normal and should go away in a few more days. It's been a week and it is still stinking very bad. There is definitely something not okay with this mattress!

Website advises most items "next working day" Ordered on 27 May and selected delivery date of 1 June knowing someone was home. Waited in all day with no delivery. Contacted by email only to be advised you can no longer book a slot and the website should not facilitate this. Advised would get an email re delivery. Delivered today - nearly 2 weeks later with no notification at all - luckily someone was home. Not impressed.

Will never use Mattress Guru again. Despite my cancelling my order and also receiving confirmation of my cancellation, Mattress Guru relentlessly tried to deliver until finally they got a neighbour to accept it. Customer service is made up of 2 or 3 different companies and not at all helpful. Very very very poor.

Mattress Guru sold me a "dangerous" sofa bed that started falling apart in a matter of weeks. Now, at less than six month old, one of the springs has broken and has a sharp pointed rod protroding through the material underneath. Luckily the spring / rod pointed downwards and not up as it would have stabbed me in my sleep. Mattress Guru use many company names, some registrered and some not and the two directors of all the companies have debts going back to 2006 when they borrowed from Nat West and only this month they borrowed from HSBC abd their debts are currently close to £1.4million. Trading Standards will be investigating this company and Companies House will investigate their misuse of company names, both registered and unregistered with the intent to mislead consumers. The two directors are con men and criminals and are going to be brought to book as not only do they sell dangerous goods they refuse to replace them, adding insult to injury. Do not rely on all the positive reviews as they too are misleading as most reviews are done shortly after delivery and the problems start later. If you have issues with this company then take action against them under one of the company names that are not registered then you can bring Safdar Munir and Jahingar Khan to justice and hold them personally liable. HMRC should also investigate their companies as they u8se only one London accountant and he always signs off every company's accounts without audit and claim an exemption when HMRC should look at all the companies, both registered and unregistered and audit them as their accounts are also suspicious. I also wonder how many of these positive reviews are "fake".

Mattress is very uncomfortable and poor quality the spring sticking out on edges it came rapt up in dusty plastic sheet with a piece of paper and was left behind the door without delivery note even my husband was at the didn’t knock the door. When I complaint I was told I have to post it back how can Post a mattress I don’t recommend it to anyone

Ordered then heard nothing. No tracking number. Had to contact three times to find out when item would be delivered. Was nearly a week later than it said on the website when I ordered. When item arrived it was not perfect either. There was what looks like holes that have been filled in to cover it up on the trundle headboard.

Staggeringly poor customer service. Mattress hadn't been dispatched even though their system said it had been, because they'd forgotten to process the order correctly and hadn't even started manufacturing it. I requested and received a refund a week after ordering. The following day, I got an email saying my order had been dispatched. Utterly shambolic. Phone support varied between helpful and couldn't care less, depending on who I spoke with.

I did place order - order confirmed .... send them email three days later - no reply - just rung them - they did take my order and money BUT for got to tell me that the mattress is not in the stock and beceuse of short of material they cannot even confirm when they will be able tod od so. I did cancel the order and asked for immediate refund!!!!! What a communication ... just time wasted !

Unfortunately, this is true, she placed an order and in the middle of a UK shortage of base chemicals needed for polyurethane foam manufacturing. Date on the order was for a dispatch of Oct 30, 2020, it was hoped we'd get foam in time to fulfil, and she was on a list of people to inform today, but we refunded instantly at her request, as we can't confirm foam still unfortunately, We'll improve communication in future.

I ordered on 5 June, eventually got one mattress delivered on 22 June, but order was split. I was told that i would get double mattres next day, im now being told they are unsure when i will get it. A months wait for a mattress. I Wish i had shopped local !!! One advisor was lovely and helpful, however Derek was arrogant and rude !

worst company av every delt with dont hand over a penny worst no one seem to know where your orders are just take ur money and want nothing to do with you after you have made payment av waited 3 weeks for 2 mattresses that said they would be here wothin a week and now ones lost and all they can say is u will have to wait

I have never received my next delivery mattress. I have tried to get in touch with you several times but no one has never come back to me. Horrible experience and still waiting to get back my money.

The order was dispatched but not received so a second had to be sent but when it arrived (11 days after ordering) it was the wrong mattress. After convincing them it wasn't what was ordered it was picked up (the day after we were advised and waited in for collection) and we were to be refunded 48 hours after they'd received it. When this didn't transpire I had to phone when a couple of my e-mails requesting an update were ignored and was advised it had arrived but not processed as a refund for some reason. The refund came through later that day. In whole not a good experience and not one I'd repeat.

Good afternoon, You are correct, and we are ashamed of the shambolic way in which we dealt with your particular issue. Obviously I am unable to respond publically about all the details, but I want you to know we have listened, taken on board the issues and will not be allowing this to happen again. We are very sorry, and want you to know that this is not how we do business usually, and that this particular problem was a result of a series of bad timings, and lack of training. I am personally ensuring our staff are better trained for the future.
