“Beware buyers. Extremely unprofessional dealership. I purchased the vehicle in September and have had ongoing issues since day one, including engine warning lights, limp mode, high fuel consumption, and suspected mapping faults.
In a very short period of ownership, the dealer has had the car for over a month in total, across four separate visits, and it has never been returned fully fixed. Communication has been poor throughout, with no repair paperwork provided.
I travelled to Leicester four times, wasting time and money, and continued paying finance and insurance while the car was off the road. On one occasion, the vehicle was even returned with two under-inflated tyres, which is unacceptable.
When purchased they had the car for a week to fix the radar this was not done I was only told this when picking vehicle up. They did refund me £250 for this but again no communication
Third occasion they had the car for 11 days I travelled an hour to pick up I was made to wait two hours, and car was still faulty
Fourth occasion dealer dropped car off after 14 days and was still faulty also returned back with two low tyres which is very unprofessional

When the finance wasn’t accepted for some reason, I got in touch with Mayfair motors to get my deposit back as they promised. Since then I have only managed to get in touch with Adam who lies and says he’ll send it then doesn’t.
Also they didn’t take the advertisement down from Auto Trader after I sent the deposit which further highlights how dodgy this business is.

Saturday 21 January collected a Corsa 65 plate from this car dealership. After travelling 5 miles I was unable to put the car in any gears. I had to put the hazards on, switch off the engine and try starting again. I called the dealership straight away and they did not answer the phone so I sent a WhatsApp message - no response. The dealership sent out a mechanic Monday 23 January who confirmed that there was a problem with the clutch.
It is now Tuesday and we have been going back and forth with the dealership which have reported to the finance company that I burnt out the clutch and are refusing to carry out the repairs under warranty without me contributing to the cost. RIDICULOUS!!
