“The only time I heard from them was when my order had been placed, nothing about it being dispatched I had to keep ringing them for an update.”

“The clock that I purchased from Mayfair Home Furniture had been slightly damaged in transit. I have since sent 2 emails and tried ringing the customer helpline but have had no response from either. Poor customer care.”
