“I've been dealing with Team Darling @ Mazuma for the past ten years. Never had a single issue and always loved dealing with the staff. Hayley, Nathan, Adelle, Callum, Natalie, Bryony et al, they are all great and always answer my queries straight away and if needed they are always happy to make themselves available when you need to chat about a tax bill or a planned large car purchase etc. Taxes are never fun, the guys at Mazuma have made sure I haven't had to stress about it for a decade. Very happy to recommend them.”

“The customer service team at Mazuma are fantastic. They're always happy to help and are very friendly. I recently spoke with Cerys Daniels about some questions I had and she was lovely. She looked into everything I asked and got back to me really quickly. She sorted me right out! 😁 I highly recommend Mazuma as they take all of the stress out of accounting. Thank you Team Mazuma! 👍”

“Great company and service. Before Mazuma I used to let my invoices and receipts pile up and then sort a big mess at the end of the year and a big bill from my accountant. Now everything is done on time and I get monthly statements, and a small monthly bill.”

“Great service, really helpful team at Mazuma who do everything for me. They remind me to send them my paperwork to do my bookkeeping and make sure everything gets filed on time to HMRC. I also love their free app which means I don't have to pay for another app to do my invoicing to my customers saving me money!”

“"The computer says no" is the best description of this company. They gave us bad advise which was late and they then said it wasn't their fault? Every time you filed something they make mistakes or can't read the simple reports printed from Sage correctly. If your business doesn't fit in with their basic computer driven service your stuffed. Very poor communications mostly delivered by non qualified people as their so called qualified Accountants only seem to work part time. When it comes to signing off your accountants or Tax Return you'll receive an email everyday that you haven't replied, very annoying and very amateurish service. Find your self a local accountant and you'll be looked after a lot better than these people.”

Hi Colin, We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We do understand that sometimes it is frustrating that items that you feel should be tax deductible are not. We do not make the tax rules and can only advise on the best course of action for our clients to avoid investigation or penalty by HMRC. As many of our staff have families, we operate family-friendly policies that allow them to work away from the non-conventional 9 to 5 regime. However, we always make sure that queries are answered and all our staff are qualified for the work they do. Our tax return document system automatically reminds people that they have an unsigned tax return - we find that most clients appreciate this so that they don't forget to sign it and end up missing a filing deadline and incurring a late filing penalty. Overall, we always try to act in our clients best interests. We are very sorry that you do not feel we have done this with you on this occasion.

“I wanted to commend the help that Nathan has been giving me, especially with the recent questions I had about our business accounts. Nathan has been very patient with my emails and regular questions about our accounts. There are some issues I need some help and advise with (after all, I'm a dental professional, not an accountant) and Nathan always replies quickly and professionally. It gives me confidence that our accounts are being dealt with in the best possible way so 'thank you!'”
