“I've been working with Cerys and Chloe ever since my old accountant stole a lot of money from my company and left the companies filings in a mess with HMRC! They've gone above and beyond to not only make sure my companies filing are up to date and accurate but also reassure me in what has been an extremely overwhelming and anxious time. “I have been with Mazuma for several years and have always been happy with their service. I have never written a review because although they have been good accountants, they have done what I expect from a professional company. However, the reason for my review was just to highlight one particular employee who has gone above and beyond time and time again. Jordan Hughes from Team Osborne. His exemplary service is the reason my review is 5 stars and not 4.”

“As the managing director of a limited company in the UK, I wanted to outsource my finances and luckily found Mazuma who took charge of bookkeeping, VAT returns, and much more. The customer service team at Mazuma is fantastic. I recently spoke with Claire about some questions I had about my VAT returns and she looked into everything I asked and got back to me really quickly. Generally, they are always happy to help and are very friendly. I highly recommend Mazuma as they take all of the stress out of accounting. Thank you!”

“I’m so thankful for Mazuma Accountants. They made it very easy for me to ensure my accounts were done correctly when I really didn’t have the time or knowhow to do so. The cost was reasonable and I’ve never experienced an issue so I have only good things to say!”

“The customer service is wonderful; the replies to emails are always quick. I chose Mazuma initially because they were £400.00 cheaper than my old accountant but in fact, being cheaper didn't matter - they are better at keeping me informed and answering queries. I would highly recommend.”

“Have been with Mazuma since I started my mobile hairdressing in 2013. They are reliable, helpful and the monthly accounts are great. I wouldn't be without them. I highly recommend Mazuma. “I sent in my figures 2 weeks after the end of my financial year. Some of my income is PAYE, and some self employed. This did not phase Mazuma and I am delighted with the service. I will be back next year.”

“Hayley has been great. I'm not actively using a Mazuma package anymore as I'm mothballing the business, but Hayley has been very helpful dealing with some remaining submissions for tax. If Hayley had not worked quickly to help me, once I discovered a problem with outstanding submissions, I could have been looking at a significant fine. I am very grateful to Hayley for her efficiency and engagement.”
