“Never ever buy car from Birmingham. Really awful experience bad sales and service. Mercedes never calls you back. Only after sales. Not good with customers at all. Gave me car with no spec kept asking never received. Handover car no apple play either sensors shocked asked sales person we made deal with apple play and sensors sales person said I’m very busy today will get some for you. After never happened anything. Please please don’t buy car and waste money. BNW is really good and sales and service.”
