“Orderd suit on tueseday, still no conformation or delivery. Can not contact them at all by phone. Do not respond to emails. Do not use this company..... worse motorcycle shop ever dealt with. Refund my money”

“Ordered a Yuasa battery which on the website quotes 'usually despatched next day'. Three days later having had no communication from MCA at all so send an email asking what's happening - no response. Losing patience make a telephone call to be told ' waiting for it to come in'. All I needed was some sort of message to let me know what was happening. I've cancelled the order as no indication given of when it might arrive - didn't seem to care! Unimpressed!”

“ordered 28th aug,delivered 31st.all good except wrong product,rang on 31st received apology saying mix up in packing,and will arrange courier to pick up and deliver correct product,reasonable.5days pass no phone call,so i rang,product out of stock,feeling bit duped now so asked when it will be in,maybe next week was the response.mmmmmm.cant imagine this will be responded to,especially for a £60 back protector.used mca before but only shop,can't see online or shop getting more of my hard earned.14th sept now”

Hi Paul, Unfortunately as explained, this was an issue that was ongoing with Dainese and obtaining stock in the short term. This has now been rectified and the back protector will be with you tomorrow Many thanks MCA
