I think it has lost its wee personal touch, now they give your tea in take away cups and your rolls in the carry out bag.
Used to be able to get a pot of tea, and your roll on a plate … it’s not really a fault just surprised of the change”
“Would give this bakery zero stars if possible. Staff were disgusting rude and bad mannered, making myself and another customer extremely uncomfortable. We both have intended on buying lunch separately but purchased the one order so as not to further disturb the workers as our custom seemed a total inconvenience to the members of staff on shift. Absolutely shocking behaviour from staff serving the public.”
“Dirty work practices. Staff dont wash hands after handling cash, same staff serve at till then make sandwiches etc. Staff use same dirty cloth to clean floors wipe tables then without washing hands start serving and prepairing food. Would never return to this shop.”
