“The service was so quick! Placed an order and I received it next day and the care and attention that had gone in to wrapping my goods was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking of using Me & Buddy”

“All items ordered were lovely and beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. Delivery was quick and a little food pouch gift was even included which was a thoughtful little extra. Will definitely be back again soon.”

“Firstly, the website is beautiful ad super user friendly. Then my package arrived within a day! I ordered something but the wrong size was sent to me, this was sorted out super fast and within half an hour I had a refund paid into my account. Very efficient customer service!!”

“I purchased the Pacapod changing pod, which I initially enquired about first and received a prompt response. I was extremely happy with product, it's perfect and exactly what I was after! Great little bag. The package was recieved in a timely manner just as indicated on website. In the package my purchase was wrapped beautifully in tissue paper along with a lovely envelope with the invoices inside. Really impressed as online shopping experience should feel like this all the time. Customer service is also fantastic as I purchased from Australia and had a question via email and had a quick response. Definitely recommend Me & Buddy!”

I purchased from Australia and am very happy with shopping experience, especially with customer service. Prompt responses and did indeed receive package in the time frame set.
