“The product arrived very quickly however I'm not sure what courier company you use but they dropped the package over the back gate. It must have rained throughout the day so when I got home, the cardboard was soaked through which had damaged the box. It was a real shame as otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.”

Hi Amy Thanks for your review. I'm so sorry that you had a bad experience upon delivery of your order. After trialling several couriers, we now use Royal Mail for our smaller deliveries as they provide our customers with a very fast, reliable and secure service. Royal Mail have clearly underperformed on this occasion and for this I apologise on their behalf. We will raise this with them immediately. I am relieved that we had packaged your teether securely enough inside the delivery box such that it was not affected. However, please let us know if there is anything more we can do to assist.
