“I had problem sending emails from my websites to my customers. I solved the problem by sending SMS. So now my messages are in their phone and not in the junks of hotmail and others. Clockwork guys are very helpful and their software excellent. I really admire what they have done. Best of Luck.”

“This helps out my Karaoke on the weekends. I take requests from my mobile website and that texts me using Clockwork. I highly recommend this to all Karaoke Jockeys.”

“we dont have a good report - means i cannot see what phone numbers we used. Sometimes its good to have a detailed reports and some logs to debug the issues”

“Clockwork provides an easy and inexpensive solution for sending low volumes of text messages, with the capability to handle higher volumes if usage grows. I was able to sign up, integrate it with an existing application, test it and release it for live usage in an afternoon. Our application normally uses email communication, but we were asked to provide an SMS alternative for recipients who don't have email but do have phones with text capability. We haven't been using it for very long so I can't comment on reliability, but on the one occasion I had to contact Clockwork's customer service they were very helpful.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you've had trouble with this. This may be if your message is over 1 SMS. Clockwork allows you to send concatenated messages (up to 3 SMS which is 459 characters). If you don't want to send over 1 SMS in a message you can turn this option off in your 'Settings'. “Works seamlessly with Gravity Forms. Very convenient to know when a form submission is completed so my clients do not have to be at their email. Was easy to install and worked right away without any issues. Would highly recommend!”

“The clockworks sms seems to work well though it has not been fully tested at this to verify the all recipients received the SMS message. Sent a number of SMS messages and all came back with a status of success.”
