Terrible service. I have had a support ticket open for over a week now - they initially tried to solve my issue but then ignored all my replies. The SMS PLUGIN for BOOKING CALENDAR DOES not work correctly or in the correct timezone - so if you are anywhere other than GMT you can expect your SMS reminders to go out at stoopid o'clock like 2am 3am 4am ... they might not even go out at all! and the shortcode that grabs info from the booking cal sends incorrect information. it's rubbish.

Hi there. Thanks for your feedback, I'm really sorry to hear this issue hasn't been resolved for you. I can see your ticket is currently with our technical team and they are working on a fix for this plugin's scheduler. It is a large fix and unfortunately will take some time to implement, but they are working to get this done as soon as possible. If Clockwork isn't the right service for you I will be happy to issue a refund straight away for you. Please just send a quick email to hello@clockworksms.com and we can process this for you. Clockwork on my woo commerce website refuses to send admin texts notifying me of new orders. (Twilio works perfectly BTW) Since it wont work for me I cannot use this software and requested a refund of my amount paid to the account. That request has been ignored.

I'm disappointed. Only less than 10% of sent SMS was recieved successfully.

I had responded asking for some further information and again just after explaining that our tech team had solved the issue. I think ClockworkSMS is not really stable, and the portal is really annoying. They ask you to fill in your mobile phone number to receive some free credits. A verification code would be send per SMS, but it never arrived (after several attempts). I think it's very poor that a SMS sent from a SMS gateway provider doesn't arrive. Because it didn't worked, I pressed the 'contact us' link: it was broken. To test ClockWork I wanted to add some credit. I started a payment via PayPal but saw that I forgot to add my VAT-number. I canceled the payment, added my VAT-number and started the payment again. When I finished the payment I got an error message (at the very end) "Too much payment attempts made from this IP" . In other words: SMS deliveries are unreliable and their portal is annoying.

We have quite high security settings for our online payments (to prevent fraud) but I'd be more than happy to discuss this further with you.
