“I ordered a roller banner from Mediagenic with the added extra for an original design.
I was emailed about a week later to ask for details about the company and information I wanted included on the design and was promised a 24 hour turnaround time for a draft. Five days later and I still had not received it. Emailed them to complain and after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing, the price was reduced due to their failure to meet promises. I eventually got a design I was happy with and gave them the go-ahead to post it. Again, they say 2 days for delivery at most. Five days later and I still have no banner. According to Mediagenic the banner was sent and delivered but I work from home and there have been no mail deliveries or calling cards left.
Won't be using the company again as I find myself frustrated and out of pocket with nothing to show for it.”
