“Stole my money in the form of a preorder and now vanished, they don’t respond to messages calls emails they took a lot of peoples money apparently as I see in the Funko community forums and review sites such as this lot of similar complaints of selling items as preorder and just up and close up shop. Ordered 55.00 worth of pre order funko pops that my wife and i were looking forward to getting for our collection OVER A YR AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT.
We were sent an email several months back regarding shipping delays asking if we wanted to cancel or wait and our answer was a definitive wait, as we understand the challenges of running a small biz during the pandemic and are more than happy to remain patient.
Fast forward to April 2021. Literally OVER A YR LATER AND NOT A SINGLE FUNKO WE ORDERED HAS ARRIVED.
We have reached out via a no longer available chat client that used to pop up when you googled them several times, left several voicemails and emails, all with not a single response.
Now, as i am at the end of my patience and am about to file complaints online and with the BBB, as well as, fraud charges with my credit card company..... I find out on here that that someone says they no longer appear to be in business...

They accepted my money over a yr ago and no product. There isnt a single excuse in the world that is viable for this "company" at this point, including covid or going out of biz.
I should have number one, received the courtesy of a response and at the minimum, an APOLOGY AND REFUND.
Never had to file fraud charges on a company before and i NEVER write complaints or bad reviews....ever.
So by far and large, that makes this "company" the worst i have ever dealt with....now that is saying something.
Sad but true. Should these folks turn out to still be in "business" run far, far away.”
“I ordered some funko pops and for some reason they did not ship it for 5 weeks when it said it would be a week. I contacted them to thier email 9 times, thier face book 6 times, and even their instagram! They still did not respond. AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FULL”

The only reason you got my business compared to what Gamestop offered the "Buy 2 POP Figures Get 1 Free" deal is you had stock. Otherwise no offers to save money or deals especially on Black Friday. Maybe next year...”
