“Having experienced medical negligence at a young age Pattinson & Brewer over the following years have been the most professional and effective solicitors that I could have asked for. Having both Jane Radcliffe and Marcus Weatherby dealing with my case. They were very thorough and patient explaining the complex process of the case for my benefit. Throughout the case providing the most exceptional service which thankfully resulted in a successful outcome. They were very understanding and approachable and were happy to reply to any queries that I had and kept in regular contact with me all the way through the process both by email and over the phone. “Following a serious road traffic accident in February 2016 our appointed solicitor was Marcus Weatherby at Pattinson brewer. Over the following years Marcus proved to be the most amiable and proffesional person that we could have wished for. “Linda has been very helpful, professional in dealing with my sons case. “I suffering life changing injuries 7 years ago in a road accident. The case turned out to be very complex due to all persons involved being uninsured, therefore looking very doubtful I would be compensated. But Marcus never gave up on me and after 7 years of his professionalism brought the case to a very satisfactory conclusion. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes that extra mile for them.”

“My very complex and a difficult psychiatric case was entwined with a complex 3 to 4 years ongoing work grievance which the Company (EDF) and Union (Prospect) failed to take to ACAS independent arbitration, that was very disappointing and unsatisfactory to me. The Union Prospect did support my psychiatric injury case through Marcus Weatherby of Pattinson and Brewer. He was very professional, caring, supportive and explained the ‘pros and cons’ of my case by unraveling the facts from the complex and extensive grievance information supplied. “During a surgical operation in 2007 a stent was left in my abdomen. For four years I suffered with abouts of abdominal pain until in 2012 the stent finally perforated my intestine causing peritonitis, resulting in emergency lifesaving surgery. A clear case of medical negligence you might think, but no the surgeon refused to accept responsibility. Fortunately I chose to be represented by Mr. Marcus Weatherby of Pattinson Brewer, who invested my case history and despite strong opposition and poor medical records was able to successfully assemble the evidence, including obtaining important x-rays previously withheld by the hospital. Due to the professional skills of Pattinson Brewer my case was proved and I was rewarded for my suffering.”
