“I’ve been a regular customer for several months, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I received the wrong medication while I was abroad, and even though I clearly explained the situation, the company didn’t acknowledge any mistake on their side.
They eventually refunded only 50% of the order, which I appreciate, but considering the issue left me abroad without my medication, I don’t think that was fair. The response I received felt very generic and lacked accountability.
Mistakes can happen that’s fine but good customer service is about how they’re handled. I hope the company takes feedback like this seriously to improve their process and support in the future.”
“i had a problem with MedicSpot in general. the booking times get auto-adjusted for the location you are making the booking from, but of course I had no clue this was the case as it's not indicated to be the case. impossible to change the appointment outside of working hours or less than 5 hours before the appointment, so we wasted 49 quid plus were endlessly frustrated.”
