“I ordered the MEDIK8 Calmwise Discovery Kit from Skincity and have to say i am very disappointed. The cleanser is a foaming cleanser and when applied to my skin barely removed my spf and whatever else i had on my skin, giving the feeling that i need to use far more product. The Calmwise serum did slightly reduce redness but i found it to be too oily and my face appeared greasy throughout the day, so better to use just a night. The colour correcting moisturiser did actually colour correct but after applied the texture and tackiness feeling of my skin was horrible, i can not use these products and are certainly not suited to my S”
“First time I have pruchesed product from Medik8 and that was Tetra C serum. It was recomanded to me by my bestie as she is working with these cosmetics and she loves them! So I thought I'll give it a go as my previous serum from other company (overpriced but popular) has just finished. I decided to try just simple Tetra C and I'm amazed by it. Its very delicate, silky in touch. My skin absorbs it quickly leaving delicate smooth invisible film. Its clear in colour and just 4 drops every morning are enough to cover face and my neck. I will combine this serum with day cream from Medik8 as I want to change my daily face care and after using TetraC I'm convinced I'll be happy from all Medik8 products.”

“Placed an order with Medik8 on Sunday 29th December and paid for Next Day Delivery, expecting to receive it on Tuesday 31st December.
When it didn't arrive I emailed to find out what was happening and got an automated email saying they were closed until the New Year.
I then emailed again and asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund.
This was ignored and the item was sent out anyway on 2nd January - with a delivery date of 6th January.
There are so may things wrong with this. First of all, it should have been made clear on the website that they were closed for the Christmas period - other companies managed to do it.
Secondly, why did they accept (and charge me for) Next Day Delivery when they had no intention of honouring it? Again, other websites who were closed for Christmas either wouldn't let you add NDD or flagged up that it wouldn't be delivered next day.
And, those points aside, next day delivery from 2nd Jan is not 6th Jan!
This means I will not receive my parcel as I'll be back in work on 6th Jan and the courier won't let me change my delivery address.
So basically I paid for next day delivery that wasn't honoured and a product I'm never going to receive.”
