“Reached out to customer service as I verified payment had gone though and I never heard anything back or got a tracking number. I need a tracking number or my money back.”

Your order was shipped on the 24th of April (Monday) and successfully delivered at lunch time on the 28th of April (Friday): https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tLabels=9505515390533114993378 Total time from moment of payment receipt to delivery - 5 days.
