“I joined a course with Medvarsity last month, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to continue. I communicated my situation to the staff, explaining that I am willing to pay for one or two months, but I need to back out of the course.
Despite being told to wait until Monday for a resolution, I received no response, and now they are telling me I cannot back out.
According to student rights, I should be allowed to withdraw, but there has been no cooperation from the admission team.
My experience with Medvarsity has been very bad. The lack of communication and support is disappointing.”
