“ Every time I order from this platform, I face poor delivery service from their delivery agents. They are often rude and refuse to deliver the package to my doorstep. What's the point of ordering online if customers have to walk 100 steps to collect their orders? This defeats the purpose of doorstep delivery. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. ”

“ Worst service. Order product but not deliver within time,said will deliver in 3 dys waiting and continuously contact with CX care for 12 dys and again dilivery failed,no call or message received from there side and reason given by meesho is CX unreachable. Worst service ever. ”

“ First impression is the last impression. This is so true. First time I ordered and got a BAD experience. I ordered 10 skirts but received only 1. I raised the issue same day. It's been 2 weeks now and my issue is still UNRESOLVED. Pathetic service and customer care, not helpful at all. They keep on saying we have escalated your issue and will provide timely response but there's NO proper response. I would never buy from this app. ”

“ I have bought set of two glass vases, which was delivered on 23rd of May. One of them was perfect and other was completely broken. I initiated the return and was supposed to be picked up on 24th, then they made it 25th then 27th, then 29th, 30th ....and so on. But yet to be picked up. Very very bad service ”
