First impression is the last impression. This is so true. First time I ordered and got a BAD experience. I ordered 10 skirts but received only 1. I raised the issue same day. It's been 2 weeks now and my issue is still UNRESOLVED.
Pathetic service and customer care, not helpful at all. They keep on saying we have escalated your issue and will provide timely response but there's NO proper response.
I would never buy from this app.

I had purchased a shirt which was told will be exchanged & I told them I am outstation pls come for exchange after I come back they told don't worry we will take return order also after you come back but these fraud are not answering my call , I want my product to be just Exchanged if possible or returned , but these cheaters are not gvg any service horrible horrible service

I have bought set of two glass vases, which was delivered on 23rd of May. One of them was perfect and other was completely broken. I initiated the return and was supposed to be picked up on 24th, then they made it 25th then 27th, then 29th, 30th ....and so on. But yet to be picked up. Very very bad service
