I received a poorly made fancy dress for my child which I had to send back, unfortunately it did not have the piece of cardboard which it came with when I sent it back and they are now refusing to give me a refund, even though they have the product nothing wrong with it just missing a piece of cardboard! disgusting customer service from JAKE and the whole episode has really distressed me if I'm honest, I'm a single Mum of two who cannot afford to give big companies like this money for nothing! DO NOT USE - they are scam artists!”

I paid a ridiculous £ 19.99 for shipping a £ 5.49 item, and as far as I can tell this company had absolutely zero intention of sending the item to me.
