“Although the initial contact with the company was quite difficult, fortunately, the situation changed quickly. After I posted a previous, less favorable review, customer service contacted me immediately. From that moment on, everything went fast. The ordered perfume—which I couldn't find on any other website—arrived very quickly via DHL Express. The package was excellently secured and very well wrapped. Ultimately, I have no complaints and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely order from here again!”
