“My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing, and I would strongly caution anyone against spending money with them without carrying out extensive due diligence first. I purchased their services/products last year, and the experience left me seriously concerned about the authenticity of the products I received. In particular, I have substantial evidence supporting my concerns regarding the authenticity of perfumes, including Omanluxury Oud Aquilaria Eau de Parfum and Bvlgari Le Gemme Gyan Eau de Parfum 125ML. What concerns me even more is what happened after I raised these issues. Rather than providing a satisfactory resolution and addressing the authenticity concerns transparently, I was pressured to remove my negative review. Although I eventually received a refund, that does not erase the considerable amount of time, effort, and frustration I had already lost.In my view, a refund should not be treated as a substitute for accountability when a customer has raised serious concerns about product authenticity. I strongly recommend that potential customers carefully investigate the products, verify their authenticity independently, and read the negative reviews before making any purchase. Based on my own experience and the evidence I have retained, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy and authenticity of the products I received. I believe these matters deserve proper scrutiny and, where appropriate, investigation by the relevant authorities.My advice is simple: do your research, verify everything, and think very carefully before giving this company your money.”

“Mengotti Couture's website is barely functional — error pages, broken links, and downtime are the norm, not the exception. Registration was a mess too: glitches, failed confirmations, nothing resolving properly. I just wanted to buy one shirt, and even that simple task turned into a frustrating time sink.If a company can't handle basic infrastructure like a working site and sign-up flow, I have serious doubts about how they'd handle payments, shipping, or customer data. Think twice before entering your card details here — shop somewhere that takes its online presence seriously.”

“This is my second review on this platform, and I’ve already given this company 1 star on Trustpilot as well—yet nothing has improved. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences we’ve ever dealt with. My sister placed an order, but the item never arrived, and even after waiting for weeks, there’s still no refund or proper resolution. Every attempt to contact their support has been pointless—either we get vague responses, endless delays, or no reply at all. It genuinely feels like once they receive your payment, they stop caring completely and avoid taking any responsibility. I’m posting this as a clear warning to anyone thinking of ordering from here: be extremely cautious. Based on our experience, this company comes across as completely unreliable and dishonest. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, we will have no choice but to proceed with legal action.”
