The website instantly changed the status to "Completed", which means they took my money, but since then, there has been absolutely no contact.I have sent multiple emails (including to their gmail address) and messages via WhatsApp. Nobody is replying, and I still haven't received any DHL/TNT tracking number or shipping update.This level of customer service is unacceptable for a luxury store. If I don't receive my tracking link or a direct response immediately, I will be forced to resolve this through a bank chargeback procedure.”

Every attempt to contact their support has been pointless—either we get vague responses, endless delays, or no reply at all. It genuinely feels like once they receive your payment, they stop caring completely and avoid taking any responsibility.
I’m posting this as a clear warning to anyone thinking of ordering from here: be extremely cautious. Based on our experience, this company comes across as completely unreliable and dishonest. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, we will have no choice but to proceed with legal action.”
