“This is my second review on this platform, and I’ve already given this company 1 star on Trustpilot as well—yet nothing has improved. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences we’ve ever dealt with. My sister placed an order, but the item never arrived, and even after waiting for weeks, there’s still no refund or proper resolution. Every attempt to contact their support has been pointless—either we get vague responses, endless delays, or no reply at all. It genuinely feels like once they receive your payment, they stop caring completely and avoid taking any responsibility. I’m posting this as a clear warning to anyone thinking of ordering from here: be extremely cautious. Based on our experience, this company comes across as completely unreliable and dishonest. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, we will have no choice but to proceed with legal action.”
