“I have worked with many agencies- this one I would definitely not recommend, I’m greatly disappointed with there so called full service package, worked together for 4 months. communication has been next to nothing for example customer service email inquiries not responded to within seven days!!! I had to prompt their customer service team to respond. Duplicating fulfilment orders for customers which in turn there's a business loss. It happened twice. the fulfilment team I didn’t have any confirmation or communication with the person who actually fulfilled the items such as the supplier, I had to find my own supplier. Then when it comes to the actual Facebook ads it looks like they were not testing enough they will only test four to five interests per product why would they only test the same interests for every campaign they run!!! which didn't make sense to me why would you run ads for the same interests that are not performing!! so it led me to believe that in reality this agency that are really not adequate or can’t prove any results not even one day of profit.. they have a monthly charge or subscription fee which I think that's how they only operate, with other agencies that I work with it's usually a revenue split or performance based fee and this mentorrupted.com is an absolute sham. no updates from ad buyer only when prompted and when he did give a update it would be like “. I hope for you as well. As of right now, no big updates from my end. We're in the very early stages of testing and proceed to test new products I think so far I lost about 6k I had to also downgrade there package as no orders and queries or even fulfilment needed to be done just the basic Facebook ads and they can't even do that.
