Last night around 7 pm, Salida -( hopefully I spelled correctly the name)- she provided professional service and she proved that she understands what the people need at certain moment.Respect!

But today i was once again so well treated (opening a second safety deposit box moments before closing) that i had to ask the manager for his and his team's name. So here they are: Romeo, Sandra, James. Thank you all for today and for the permanent good service and good vibes. Its not an easy job you have and you perform it with great kindness and dignity.

The tellers can also improve on their customer service, they were helpful but can have more focus on the clients on front of them as it shows a little unprofessional being on the phone with someone else handling something that has nothing to do with what the client needs or talking about something else when the clients are upfront waiting for the process to be over.
