“From my experience, the entire withdrawal process was handled with a high level of professionalism, transparency, and efficiency. The team communicated clearly at every stage, explained each step in detail, and ensured I always knew what to expect. Their structured approach and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the process.”

“The service received in the past 3 weeks (since the 16th of January) have been terrible. Packet losses and huge latency has cost us a few customers. The amount of weeks it took Metronet to fix the primary backhaul from Liverpool is something I still cannot explain to my customers.”
