“A relation bought a car from this company and was bowled over by the salesmans friendliness and nonchalant attitude and the guarantee, however it turns out that they are experts at stringing people along and wriggling out of the guarantee obligations. The car had a lot of faults, some serious, and has cost a lot to fix. It looks to me like it was possibly a car bought at an auction and sold with no checks at all.
Buying the car was made a very pleasant experience but the car was a disaster - so buyer beware.”
