The situation changes drastically once you need their assistance or you have questions to IB. They answer you in a very general manner. And if you continue asking and indicate that you don’t need generic answers, but you do need specific assistance, tailor-made to your situation… than they get irritated very easily and they start to accuse you that you don’t respect them. And then… they just stopped to answer you!!!
