Technician blew sound up two weeks after purchase. Still not mended 6 months later. Cost £5.5 k !!would not recommend

Hi Ken, I am sorry to hear that you have had some technical issues with your sound system. After speaking with the Customer Experience department I can see that your missing part is on it's way to us and we will arrange for this to be fitted as soon as it arrives. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic there has been a very long delay on parts being sent to us, but we will ensure that this gets fixed for you. Disappointment at every step (and with the ones they supplied) of the way after delivery. We ordered a swimspa from this company in May 2020 and were told that given the global pandemic it would be delivered and installed in August, which we accepted and understood. They were buried with orders but I had to keep chasing to get any kind of an update. Well, with lockdown, there wasn't much else to do ! In July, they did communicate, and informed us that we would be unlikely to see our swimspa before October, which again we accepted. The Sales Director then called me to say that one had become available, due to a cancelled order and that we could have it close to our original delivery date in August, which we gladly accepted. Well done guys. However, from this point, things went rapidly downhill from bad to worse. Having installed all the electrical work (two separate 32 amp supplies with cables), in preparation, two technicians' turned up on the delivery day, neither of whom were qualified to connect the cable to the swim part of the spa. It seemed that being the last job before a long drive home, meant that time being of the essence, they were keen to get away in as little time as possible. So keen in fact that we had to provide 4 bags of ice on which to finally position the pool as it had been craned over the house. The Miami Spa technichians had no equipment (perhaps they didn't want to unload it from the van which would have obviously delayed their departure) or idea about what should be done as the pool reached its' final resting place and so improvisation and a solution was left to us. On top of that they failed to deliver or install the second lifter for the pool area and at the time of writing this review, have still not installed the second lifter, almost 4 months later. Nor did they stay long enough to attach the clips for the 6m cover. There were a lot of them. Finally, to add insult to injury, literally, the steps the technicians assembled, which were part of the order, were so badly put together, they collapsed immediately on first use, leaving my daughter with an injury to her leg. See what I did there? So we trashed the steps and at considerable additional cost, arranged for a qualified and skilled carpenter to make some permanent substantial steps. So I couldn't recommend this company at any level, although I don't suppose they will care - they certainly didn't take the time to care for us.

Poor quality, missing parts. Late delivery and no instructions. Flimsy, cheap shower pod. Not happy and replacing ASAP after one week.

Place your order somewhere else they have 6,000 orders outstanding ! ....... I place an order for a hot-tub on 21st May and they confirmed delivery would be 6 to 8 weeks and I would get a call from them 2 weeks prior to my delivery date to confirm a time and date. I have been in contact with them 3 times and today 8 weeks later (21 July) I have just been told they have backlog of 6,000 orders, don't know when they will get delivery as they are having problems with suppliers in China (who are working but obioulsy not for them)...... My advice is to shop somewhere else !

very poor customer service 2 weeks late then on the day of delivery 10 mins prior to delivery called to say van has broken down over 150 miles away !!! total lie was then told it would take another week for delivery,,,, i think i have dodged a bullet reading other reviews i am kind of glad the van didn't make it if it ever set out !!

Hi Ben, Thank you for your review and I am very sorry to hear about your experience. Was it just this or was it as a whole? We can fully appreciate your disappointment as its such an exciting time receiving a new hot tub. But I have had full confirmation the delivery van broke down in Stockport and the team when informed time to contact you as soon as they knew. I believe the team did try to reschedule with you? and I can also confirm that there were 2 other orders after you that unfortunately have also been delayed due to the circumstances but have happily rescheduled. We have no issues refunding you just give our accounts apartment a ring on +44(0)1246 541202 . The hots tubs at the moment are very sort after and the average delivery time is now 12-14 weeks, which is actually one of if not the best in the UK. I am not sure about the other reviews mentioned but everyone is entitled there option and we take this on board and always try our best to resolve any and all issues. My understanding is you have canceled but we do hope you find the hot tub and service you are looking for and would always welcome you back at time. But again I and the team are sorry to hear you feel this way.
