He said the only thing I can do is to drop it off at a UPS store (45 mins away) then once the return is approved, a refund will be issued and a 10% discount coupon to reorder same bag whenever my refund is processed.

Ordered an item on Friday with 2 day shipping. It’s Sunday and the order hasn’t even shipped.
Called in to see what they could do. All they did was refund my 2 day shipping charge.
When asked to speak to a manager, there were none available. You all would save a ton of money by firing your whole customer service team and just have an AI bot run it because that’s as about as useful as they are.

RETURN POLCY IS HORRIBLE.
Bought a purse for GF for holidays and she wanted different color. Attempted to return to local store and I was 3 days past the holiday return date of Jan 15th. Kors will not accept return, nor give any type of refund/gift card - nothing. Yes, it states return policy but I am a male who does not shop at the store. What I can tell you is I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.
