He said the only thing I can do is to drop it off at a UPS store (45 mins away) then once the return is approved, a refund will be issued and a 10% discount coupon to reorder same bag whenever my refund is processed.

0 stars would be more appropriate!!! Had to get the BBB involved to receive a refund that was within all company’s policies. DONT EVER PURCHASE ONLINE BE WARNED

Despite organising the return themselves, MK blamed me for the loss and refused to issue a refund since they hadn’t received the item back.

Ordered an item on Friday with 2 day shipping. It’s Sunday and the order hasn’t even shipped. Called in to see what they could do. All they did was refund my 2 day shipping charge. When asked to speak to a manager, there were none available. You all would save a ton of money by firing your whole customer service team and just have an AI bot run it because that’s as about as useful as they are.

RETURN POLCY IS HORRIBLE. Bought a purse for GF for holidays and she wanted different color. Attempted to return to local store and I was 3 days past the holiday return date of Jan 15th. Kors will not accept return, nor give any type of refund/gift card - nothing. Yes, it states return policy but I am a male who does not shop at the store. What I can tell you is I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.

00, months ago, for 2 bags supposedly with big discount, received 1 dirty and "USED" reported it to the website where purchased, emailed them, chat (the worst service of all, chat does NOT work, spent a long time waiting for a chat, got in a chat, the woman had NO clue even how to type or care to help), emailed the corporate management office, NO one responded, NO one refund me, or cared to find out what happened, other than ignore that we pay for the products, do NOT waste your money on this name brand, as it is NOT worth your effort to try to do business with them, unfortunately they do not care about your business.
