Item ordered arrived with no packaging at all just the delivery label wrapped around the handle .Absolutely shocking I have never seen anything like this from any company before .I won’t be going back and judging from the comments here I doubt I will hear back from them either .I can’t upload the pictures for some reason .

Absolutely s*** my delivery was damaged, an expensive bike rack, 5 emails in and no reply!! How do these clowns keep going. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Ordered €300 worth of parts off them needed ASAP, payed for express delivery (2 days) 7 days in now been emailing the last 3 days no response and the money taken from my account, taken it to the CCPC at this stage, avoid them onless you want you’re money taken and no response from them

I've being a customer for a long time,I normally don't do reviews, but I had to this time, I done an Order on 1st of May, and payed for express delivery too its now the 11th of May, the thing is I live 10 minutes from the place, I've collected stuff before, I've being in touch with customer care, and they couldn't tell me anything about the packages,now I was expecting a bit of a delay due to cov id, but on micksgarage website it did say that they are still delivering and that 95% of order will be shipped in 1 to 2 days, so I guess I'm in the 5%, I did go back on site to take a pic of statement and it's now gone, so I guess there's a lot of people waiting for there packages and complaining.
