Absolutely s*** my delivery was damaged, an expensive bike rack, 5 emails in and no reply!! How do these clowns keep going. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Ordered €300 worth of parts off them needed ASAP, payed for express delivery (2 days) 7 days in now been emailing the last 3 days no response and the money taken from my account, taken it to the CCPC at this stage, avoid them onless you want you’re money taken and no response from them

No sign of delivery and when I queried it I was told "they were coming, be patient".

bad customer service. paid for express 1 day delivery and received my order in 4 days. I wrote email - no respond, ignoring the customers

Customer service team refuse to refund me until I send damaged goods back by paying for delivery.

I've being a customer for a long time,I normally don't do reviews, but I had to this time, I done an Order on 1st of May, and payed for express delivery too its now the 11th of May, the thing is I live 10 minutes from the place, I've collected stuff before, I've being in touch with customer care, and they couldn't tell me anything about the packages,now I was expecting a bit of a delay due to cov id, but on micksgarage website it did say that they are still delivering and that 95% of order will be shipped in 1 to 2 days, so I guess I'm in the 5%, I did go back on site to take a pic of statement and it's now gone, so I guess there's a lot of people waiting for there packages and complaining.

I've being a customer a long time with micksgarage, I don't normally do reviews, but this time I had too, I put in an order on first of May and I payed extra for express delivery, I only live 10 mins from the place and it's now Monday 11th of May, I've got in touch with them about it, not much help couldn't tell me anything, it was a big order too over 100 euro, after this they have lost a good customer, I will not recommend them to anyone anymore, on the website it did say some delivery's would be slightly delayed due to cov id, but don't worry over 95 % of delivery's will be out in 2 working days, guess mines in the 5%.

The products were poorly packaged too, luckily the delivery guys were careful.

Never ever from mickgarage.com They sell whatever they want. Part I ordered was im stock on the day I ordered but what I've got is completely different . Costumer service is a joke! They try telling me that I got upgrade free of charge haahah. Don't mention express delivery which now the scam for extra 5 e . Not recommended .
