Order off Mick's garage several times usually ok ..But I ordered an item last week gave them car reg etc but I received the wrong part .now they want me to send it back and pay postage ..it was their mistake..it's a joke..I will never deal with Mick's garage again...๐Ÿ˜ก

I had the misfortune to order a part from MicksGarage. I needed a rear wiper for a Volvo. I gave the exact model/year and when it arrived it was completely wrong, not even close. I then tried to return it but they insisted I pay for a tracked return which cost nearly as much as the part, even though it was their mistake. This is against the law. They get away it because they are small items which is not worth going to court over. I contacted a Volvo garage and ordered the part which I picked up 2 days later. It it cost a bit more but it fit the car perfectly. Customer service are a bunch of idiots claiming they can't be expected to know from the car/model/year. In reality they will send you any rubbish & they don't care. MicksGarage you got my โ‚ฌ15 but you lost a customer for life. I will never buy anything from you again.

Payment taken at point of order , no item two weeks later , slow response if any to all my queries , finally I decided to ask for a refund but have since heard nothing back , an absolute joke of a company who shouldnโ€™t be able to trade , no phone number , slow if any response to emails , fake tracking numbers given that donโ€™t exist . Definitely avoid unless you want to lose money

Do not bother to do express delivery, total waste of money, I ordered on a Friday afternoon for next day delivery, well thought as it was then the weekend I would get it on Tuesday, I was not given a tracking number, I then on Tuesday got a text saying DPD hoped to deliver on Thursday, I paid for a express delivery and would have got it quicker if it had gone with an post, they have no phone number and ignore e-mail, and I understand why,

Despite paying for prompt delivery it took weeks to arrive. Micksgarage do not reply to emails and the phone number is not operational.

Dreadful experience. Ordered a boot mat which wasn't the correct one at least partly due to the very poor cataloguing on the website. I got an email saying it was a frequently returned item and they would be in touch to make sure it was the correct item before sending. This never happened and they sent it out without checking. Jerzy in customer services response was that I had received what I ordered and they had fulfilled their end of the "contract". I have never heard this phrase used by a customer service person who I would have thought should be trying to help!!! He said I could return the item at my own expense which I have now done and will never shop with them again!

Wrong part sent and have tried to email but no reply. Online form but no reply. Called two phone numbers but cannot connect. Micks Garage clearly doesn't want to honour their returns policy. Not a company I will ever order from again.

I ordered a set of roof bars from Micks Garage via their website carracks.co.uk. I paid for priority delivery as I needed them to go on holiday the following week. However I was informed a couple of days later that the delivery was going to be delayed. i contacted Micks Garage and told them to cancel the order and refund me as I would have to go to another supplier to get the roof bars for the holiday. Micks garage said that it was tool late to cancel and that when they arrived i should return them. The bars were returned via the carrier that Micks Garage recommended (parcel2go) Micks garage do not pay for the return. At this point I found that they return had to be made to the Republic of Ireland. The package was duly sent but Micks Garage refused to pay the import duty and so the courier will not deliver and I will not get a refund. I strongly recommend that you do not consider purchasing from Micks Garage. There is no contact number and email messages are ignored. If I could leave a zero star review I would

Roof rack wrapped poorly so 2 loose small parts have disappeared in transit. Phone numbers on website donโ€™t connect anywhere.

Item ordered arrived with no packaging at all just the delivery label wrapped around the handle .Absolutely shocking I have never seen anything like this from any company before .I wonโ€™t be going back and judging from the comments here I doubt I will hear back from them either .I canโ€™t upload the pictures for some reason .

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company faulty number plates letters and numbers dropped off cheap material expensive prices no customer service even though I have sent messages and emails and no contact from them waste of money ๐Ÿ˜ก

I got sent out items that didnโ€™t work. I contacted customer service and was asked to send them back using their printed label, which I did. This was 3 months ago. I havenโ€™t gotten any contact since. Avoid this company

Please do not use this company. I buy everything on line and this company is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Can't through on the phone, tried so far 50 times to try and cancel an order that was for next day deliver but they charged me nearly 20 euros for this service and sent by ordinary post and now it's delayed. Customer service are rude unhelpful and not interested in trying to resolve the issue at all. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs. They are beyond bad.

I placed an order 15 days ago and have not yet received my item.... I sent an email 7 days ago to Micks Garage requesting information about my order and received an automated response that led nowhere ....7 days along and have tried to call and according to the automated message they are "not taking telephone calls...." so I have emailed yet again only to receive the same automated message as before. I just wish that I have never used this company - far too stressful and frustrating .... an extremely poor service that leaves me wondering

Absolutely s*** my delivery was damaged, an expensive bike rack, 5 emails in and no reply!! How do these clowns keep going. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
