Absolutely s*** my delivery was damaged, an expensive bike rack, 5 emails in and no reply!! How do these clowns keep going. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a replacement wing mirror glass. Waited over 2 weeks, got no reply when rang and emailed. Then, 17 days after I made my order they just refunded me with no explanation. I was waiting on this mirror for my NCT. Awful service. Would not recommend

No idea what happened to micksgarage.com, they used to be really good.. ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still no order. They don't answer the phones anymore and you can only contact them through email, I've emailed them 5 times over the past week looking for a refund as my order never arrived. Not 1 email has been answered. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.. Still waiting..I have never heard back from micksgarage.com as to where my order is or if they will give me back my money. Absolutely disaster. Needless to say, I'll never order from them again !!!!!! Appalling service

I live in Sydney. At the end of November last year I ordered a wing mirror backing for a Nissan Dualis, without realising that Mick's was in Ireland (I should have guessed from the name! } After several weeks I discovered my mistake and some of the bad reviews. Just after Xmas on the day that I was going to send a compliant and bad review, the part arrived.It was easy to fit and fits perfectly. An excellent result and service.

Purchased car door light projectors for Volkswagen and BMW. Great product. Speedy delivery and excellent customer service. Purchased for husband, son and brother-in-law as gifts.

Bought roofbars when they arrived not suitable for my car returned them immediatly at my expense they arrived in Ireland 2days later and a month later they were still at customs awaiting the charge to be paid no reply to emails or phone calls very quick to take my money but won't pay up or correspond when something is wrong so much for hassle free returns

Terrible customer service. Just buy locally. Don't respond to emails and no phone number. Anywhere that don't let you phone them up is a sure fore way of knowing they are cowboys. Impossible to leave a bad review on their website.

Don’t waste your time and money with this company I ordered a Hogs hair brush and they sent me out a cheap looking brush that do not resemble the brush I ordered I have contacted the company by email to rectify this problem but no reply but I should have read all of the bad reviews that other customers have left i will not be buying from this company again very unprofessional

Martin Dempsey Wexford Ordered parts online yesterday about 11am 24/7/23 all my parts arrived perfectly packed and correct today 25/7/23 at about 10am. Couldn't be any faster and or more efficient than that. Very impressed personally Thanks brilliant service

Ordered €300 worth of parts off them needed ASAP, payed for express delivery (2 days) 7 days in now been emailing the last 3 days no response and the money taken from my account, taken it to the CCPC at this stage, avoid them onless you want you’re money taken and no response from them

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time or money with this website! Ordered a part which was advertised as new. When it arrived it was clearly reconditioned. The part was faulty. I sent a simple requesting a refund over 3 weeks ago. I am still back and forth with them by email trying to do a simple return! Customer service advisors are very unpleasant and unhelpful. I bought a working and brand new part elsewhere for half the cost. Adding to this experience I just got an email from them saying the 30 day returns window is up. I begin this returns process almost a month ago.

bought a set of winbreaks for my 2020 fiat panda Trusardy,ordered On a Friday & were deliverd on the following Wednesday ,fitted them within 10 mins, no problems they are a good fit so v/satisfied with my purchase but sad to here of the problems other people have had ,as for me excelent service

Wouldn't even give it one star- horrendous service, roof bar screw snapped in car roof (still there are no way to remove) returned item and now not replying to any communication or refunding money as agreed, kids holiday had to be cancelled

One window deflector had defects from the moulding process ,sent many emails with photos ,and apart from and automated email and one contact about more photos I have heard nothing ,I wont buy from them again

replacement parts for roofrack. For 6 months I was back and forth with their useless customer services. They told me to order a part twice which they told me was what I needed but both times they were wrong. The website entry for the second part did not even have a picture or description so I could not check, just had to trust them. Big mistake. Then they told me a needed a different part again. When I eventually gave up and ordered a complete new roofrack elsewhere "customer services" have gone into hiding and did not respond to my emails for over a week until pushed. Now trying to get a refund for the useless parts which I have not a lot of confidence in given this useless shower. AVOID.
