“I ordered a set of roof bars from Micks Garage via their website carracks.co.uk. I paid for priority delivery as I needed them to go on holiday the following week. However I was informed a couple of days later that the delivery was going to be delayed. i contacted Micks Garage and told them to cancel the order and refund me as I would have to go to another supplier to get the roof bars for the holiday. Micks garage said that it was tool late to cancel and that when they arrived i should return them. The bars were returned via the carrier that Micks Garage recommended (parcel2go) Micks garage do not pay for the return. At this point I found that they return had to be made to the Republic of Ireland. The package was duly sent but Micks Garage refused to pay the import duty and so the courier will not deliver and I will not get a refund. I strongly recommend that you do not consider purchasing from Micks Garage. There is no contact number and email messages are ignored. If I could leave a zero star review I would”

“Item ordered arrived with no packaging at all just the delivery label wrapped around the handle .Absolutely shocking I have never seen anything like this from any company before .I won’t be going back and judging from the comments here I doubt I will hear back from them either .I can’t upload the pictures for some reason .”

“DO NOT PURCHASE from this company faulty number plates letters and numbers dropped off cheap material expensive prices no customer service even though I have sent messages and emails and no contact from them waste of money 😡”

“I got sent out items that didn’t work. I contacted customer service and was asked to send them back using their printed label, which I did. This was 3 months ago. I haven’t gotten any contact since. Avoid this company”

“Please do not use this company. I buy everything on line and this company is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Can't through on the phone, tried so far 50 times to try and cancel an order that was for next day deliver but they charged me nearly 20 euros for this service and sent by ordinary post and now it's delayed. Customer service are rude unhelpful and not interested in trying to resolve the issue at all. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs. They are beyond bad.”

“I placed an order 15 days ago and have not yet received my item.... I sent an email 7 days ago to Micks Garage requesting information about my order and received an automated response that led nowhere ....7 days along and have tried to call and according to the automated message they are "not taking telephone calls...." so I have emailed yet again only to receive the same automated message as before. I just wish that I have never used this company - far too stressful and frustrating .... an extremely poor service that leaves me wondering”

“Ordered a replacement wing mirror glass. Waited over 2 weeks, got no reply when rang and emailed. Then, 17 days after I made my order they just refunded me with no explanation. I was waiting on this mirror for my NCT. Awful service. Would not recommend”

“No idea what happened to micksgarage.com, they used to be really good.. ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still no order. They don't answer the phones anymore and you can only contact them through email, I've emailed them 5 times over the past week looking for a refund as my order never arrived. Not 1 email has been answered. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.. Still waiting..I have never heard back from micksgarage.com as to where my order is or if they will give me back my money. Absolutely disaster. Needless to say, I'll never order from them again !!!!!! Appalling service”

“Bought roofbars when they arrived not suitable for my car returned them immediatly at my expense they arrived in Ireland 2days later and a month later they were still at customs awaiting the charge to be paid no reply to emails or phone calls very quick to take my money but won't pay up or correspond when something is wrong so much for hassle free returns”

“Terrible customer service. Just buy locally. Don't respond to emails and no phone number. Anywhere that don't let you phone them up is a sure fore way of knowing they are cowboys. Impossible to leave a bad review on their website.”

“Don’t waste your time and money with this company I ordered a Hogs hair brush and they sent me out a cheap looking brush that do not resemble the brush I ordered I have contacted the company by email to rectify this problem but no reply but I should have read all of the bad reviews that other customers have left i will not be buying from this company again very unprofessional”

“Ordered €300 worth of parts off them needed ASAP, payed for express delivery (2 days) 7 days in now been emailing the last 3 days no response and the money taken from my account, taken it to the CCPC at this stage, avoid them onless you want you’re money taken and no response from them”
