Useless. Goods never arrived. Told me I had been refunded. I haven't been. Now won't respond to my emails. Absolutely useless. Don't use them

Genuine review (Unlike most here) Genuine review, Micks Garage is a disgrace. 1. Looking for shocks for a Ford Mondeo, enter in Reg and all details for my car comes up. 2. The website then informs you as to the shocks you need for you make a model. This couldn't be easier and is fool proof in theory. 3. Only Micks Garage databases are wrong. I got completely the wrong shocks they wouldn't fit everything wrong with them. 4. Support was useless, they said they would refund them, followed the instructions and still didn't get the refund. I now have bought shocks, and paid for postage back to them and nothing. 5. Supports advise, search for the product you need to the product number of the shocks. Useless.....Their system sent me the wrong shocks and diverted me to them. Their advise....don't use the system we have set up. Still wait for money back.

An absolute shambles from start to... well, no refund as yet! I ordered three items and I also paid extra for a faster delivery. It took over a week for the delivery to actually reach me and when Parcel Force finally arrived, the package was damaged and open. Having ascertained that one of the three items was missing, I refused delivery and contacted Mick's Garage to explain the situation and to ask for a full refund. Having waited over a week, and not hearing anything from customer service, I contacted them. The response was less than helpful. I was informed I would have to wait until the delivery was returned to them. "Not my fault, not my problem" seemed to be the order of the day. They had no idea as to when the order would be returned to them and a full two weeks later I am still to receive any refund. I asked for the contact details of the person with responsibilty for sales. This request was completely ignored. I would advise finding an alternative supplier for your car parts and I most certainly would never use this company again.

Ordered a set of fog lights for my car off them. I work 2 minutes around the corner from their Dublin warehouse and they made me pay for delivery. They would not let me collect from the reception. So I paid express shipping as i was badly stuck for the parts. My car was being repaired and i wanted the mechanics to fit the new lights for me as they would be taking the bumper off the car. No such thing as express with these guys. 6 days it took to be delivered around the corner and that was the express shipping i paid for. Imagine how long i would have waited with standard delivery. I tried contacting them and each time i got a smart reply off a useless unprofessional employee called Mikey Hynes. This guy needs to be sent on a customer service training course or 2. Absolutely useless and thinks by writing warmest regards at the end of every email he is being smart. Complete and utter tool. You have been warned. Avoid at all costs. Complete sham of a company.

Ordered a replacement wing mirror glass. Waited over 2 weeks, got no reply when rang and emailed. Then, 17 days after I made my order they just refunded me with no explanation. I was waiting on this mirror for my NCT. Awful service. Would not recommend

No idea what happened to micksgarage.com, they used to be really good.. ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still no order. They don't answer the phones anymore and you can only contact them through email, I've emailed them 5 times over the past week looking for a refund as my order never arrived. Not 1 email has been answered. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.. Still waiting..I have never heard back from micksgarage.com as to where my order is or if they will give me back my money. Absolutely disaster. Needless to say, I'll never order from them again !!!!!! Appalling service

Terrible customer service. Just buy locally. Don't respond to emails and no phone number. Anywhere that don't let you phone them up is a sure fore way of knowing they are cowboys. Impossible to leave a bad review on their website.

Don’t waste your time and money with this company I ordered a Hogs hair brush and they sent me out a cheap looking brush that do not resemble the brush I ordered I have contacted the company by email to rectify this problem but no reply but I should have read all of the bad reviews that other customers have left i will not be buying from this company again very unprofessional

Ordered €300 worth of parts off them needed ASAP, payed for express delivery (2 days) 7 days in now been emailing the last 3 days no response and the money taken from my account, taken it to the CCPC at this stage, avoid them onless you want you’re money taken and no response from them

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time or money with this website! Ordered a part which was advertised as new. When it arrived it was clearly reconditioned. The part was faulty. I sent a simple requesting a refund over 3 weeks ago. I am still back and forth with them by email trying to do a simple return! Customer service advisors are very unpleasant and unhelpful. I bought a working and brand new part elsewhere for half the cost. Adding to this experience I just got an email from them saying the 30 day returns window is up. I begin this returns process almost a month ago.

Wouldn't even give it one star- horrendous service, roof bar screw snapped in car roof (still there are no way to remove) returned item and now not replying to any communication or refunding money as agreed, kids holiday had to be cancelled

One window deflector had defects from the moulding process ,sent many emails with photos ,and apart from and automated email and one contact about more photos I have heard nothing ,I wont buy from them again

replacement parts for roofrack. For 6 months I was back and forth with their useless customer services. They told me to order a part twice which they told me was what I needed but both times they were wrong. The website entry for the second part did not even have a picture or description so I could not check, just had to trust them. Big mistake. Then they told me a needed a different part again. When I eventually gave up and ordered a complete new roofrack elsewhere "customer services" have gone into hiding and did not respond to my emails for over a week until pushed. Now trying to get a refund for the useless parts which I have not a lot of confidence in given this useless shower. AVOID.

Horrible customer service experience and misguiding return policy... I ordered a dash cam from them and tested but didn't like the fact that it would heat up very quick and some other features. I wanted to return the product as it says "*hassle free return*" on their website if I'm (customer) not satisfied with the product. I reached out to them asking for return instructions but they declined to send me the return label. They said that the product is used/tested and they can't accept it... and I asked them: how can a customer would know if he/she is satisfied with his/her purchase if the product is not tested? I didn't get any response back because they know that their return policy is misguiding. Their customer service team is just a bunch of incompetent people... I was offered a free hardwire kit by micksgarage and when I accepted it, they simply sent me a link where I could purchase. I mean why would you offer a free hardwire kit for a customer if you are only going to send them the link to purchase it? It just shows that they don't take their customers serious. They just want their customer's money and that's all.

Terrible service on two separate occasions from this compnay (Micksgarage). To be honest it sounds to me like they are taking th Mick. First occassion, I bought brake pads for a toyota corolla. It was a while beofre I got to fit them and when I did I discovered they were incorrect fitment. Went back to this shower and they told me there was two types listed on their site and I shhould have known which one by the shape of the old ones. Thing is I would have had to have the old ones out to see which would have meant the car would be undrivable until I got the new ones. They refused to refund me as it was past the 28 days. Correspondance and custiomer service was atrocious. Second time i used them (I don't know why I bothered!) I orders a set of car mats. No sign of delivery and when I queried it I was told "they were coming, be patient". 6 weeks later still nothing, I queried again, no response. Then a day later a refund with no explanation other than to say they had supplier difficulties. This company are a complete joke, how they got a European award is beyond me. Customer service is non existent with these clowns. My simple advice - go to your local motor factor or alernatively Halfords who in my experieince have great customer service.

Shocking experience dealing with this company. I ordered a set of wind deflectors for a Golf, they acknowledged the order and the following day emailed me to inform me that my order had been cancelled because they could no longer dispatch from their warehouse due to COVID. Of course I accepted the cancelation due to the circumstances and ordered the wind deflectors from another supplier. About a week later their cancelled order arrived on my doorstep. The returns process was arduous to say the least and in my opinion is designed to hinder the customer rather than facilitate a successful return. The return address provided on their website is incomplete so the Post Office won’t accept it, the cost of the return is astronomical being as they are based in Dublin. I wrote to them suggesting they make a 50% contribution towards my return postage costs which I thought was more than fair of me given that I had no idea the items were going to be delivered. I received the curtest of responses essentially refusing point blank what I believed to be a very reasonable request. The icing on the cake was the closing signature from their customer care team ‘Have a great day Robschulp!’ An expensive and unpleasant experience from one of the least customer-centric businesses I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. A shambolic business with zero regard for their customers. Inevitably operating at this shoddy level is one day going to impact the wrong person, in this instance a magazine and media professional with over 30 years experience working exclusively in the motoring press and a list of contacts as long as my arm…. Ordered roof bars 2 weeks ago, took my money and order confirmation over email but no tracking order. 6 emails later i finally get a response to say the item has been ‘lost in transit’ but now the item is out of stock. Absolutely BS! I needed this item this weekend for our one and only family holiday this year, hence ordering 3 weeks in advance. They have totally screwed my over. Avoid MicksGarage at all cost. Absolute rip off merchants.
